Pokemon Home is releasing its largest update in over a year. With version 2.0, users are finally able to integrate the latest Pokemon Legends: Arceus,<\/em> Pokemon Brilliant Diamond<\/em>, and Pokemon<\/em> Shining Pearl <\/em>to the cloud service app alongside past Nintendo Switch games. <\/p>\n

Trainers have the option to continue their Pokemon journeys beyond one game system with the Pokemon HOME update. They can also manage their Pokemon collection across multiple games .”<\/p>\n

This new update introduces Strange Balls. A press release stated that Strange Balls will be available for creatures captured in other games, as Pokemon Legends is set in “the distant past” of the world. On the other hand, creatures caught in Legends: Arceus<\/em> will appear in a regular Poke Ball in these games. <\/p>\n

To celebrate Pokemon Bright Diamond Pokemon Shining Pearl and Pokemon Legends, Arceus <\/em> will become compatible with Pokemon Home. Players will receive special Pokemon for linking to each of their games. <\/p>\n
